OK, just checking.
The pic is a bit dark, so you might have brightened it (most people would do such things), in which case the colouration shifts....
So, based on the colours, my first impression was bromius (under thet condition of no photoshop).
Now that I have full screen, I notice you can see an eyeband in the left corner of the left eye, so that settles it ... bromius female it is.

Hi Theo Sorry I did not understand. I upload with imgur and you are correct the image was very dark so I brightened it a little with imgur tools, I did not know by doing that I would affect the colour, oops, so in future I will leave my Diptera images as they are. I can add the original image here if you wish. Thank you very much for your help.

It is definitely not forbidden to improve your pictures, everybody does it.
Nevertheless, good to know you did: it is an explanation for the pretty reddish mid tibia.
That made me worried
Male is bromius as well
