Is this Tephritis divisa ? T. separata ? Another one ?

Scutellum seems black but legs grey, aren't they ?

r1 w/ 3 spots : does it mean the 3 little white spots under the large basal black spot ?

nope: the cell r1 (= first marginal cell, on the wing front margin) has -- one large triangular, one smaller triangular, and a tiny distal strike-like -- hyaline spots, whereas T. divisa has only two.
The number of hyaline spots behind of them may vary from 3 to 1 (as in this specimen)
