Drosophila (Sophophora), melanogaster group. Four species occur in Spain: melanogaster, simulans, ananassae and suzukii. Do not know which one is it.

I think the second image would have shown the ovipositor if it were
suzukii, so I do not hink it is that species. And isn't
ananassae a paler species?
