I think this specimen maybe Scaptomyza (Parascaptomyza) pallida but uncertain, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Antenna and abdomina tip suggest this might be a male of Scaptomyza pallida but the specimen is either wet of fatty. Can you check if there are only two rows of acrostichals and thus confirm pallida

The specimen appears to be very fatty indeed, just checked It does have only two rows of acrostichals.
