Center of France (Loiret), april 4th 2017.
I suppose Phryno vetula (female).
Am I right ?

It is a male of Cyzenis albicans, without procilinate orbital (sh)it happens....

I come back to this fly : with 4 dc post and the yellow first two antenna segments I have some difficulties to see Cyzenis !
Did you zoom the pics ?

Cyzenis should have discal scutellars closer together than subapicals.
