I am almost sure this species could be
Zaphne lineatocollis (Zetterstedt, 1838)(known from Lappland/Finnland).
Maybe you can check some other characteristics:
Acrostichals not strong, more hair like and in 4 irregular rows, prealar almost equal to posterior notopleural seta, notopleural area with one or two small hairs, mentum of proboscis black shining, midtibia with one av seta, hindtibia with 3 av, about 6 ad (with one longer), 3 pd and no pv setae.
