Brillia genera
DIAGNOSIS: Distinguished by the well developed pectinate labral lamellae; plumose S I; 4 segmented
antenna with segment 2 divided in basal third by a weakly sclerotized area; antennal blade subequal to
flagellum; distinctive mentum; posteriorly displaced setae submenti (near posterior margin of head capsule);
and procerci and anal tubules present.


As i did not have more info... I have been stopped. Brillia flavifrons impossible (different apotome and labral sclerites, different mentum)
Perhaps Brillia parva ?
in Belgium records of Brillia modesta (Meigen, 1830)
Nevertheless... Brillia is enough for my purpose.
