This is D. hyalipennis. D. hyalipennis has a small extra stripe of silvery tomentum just above the middle coxae, visible in your picture. The antennal tubercle is much larger in rufipes and it has longer antennae, is more robust and bigger. D. rufipes never has black markings on front and middle femora, hyalipennis is very variable in that respect. D. rufipes has little tomentum on the mesonotum, hyalipennis more although thinly and vaguely defined. D hyalipennis prefers shrubs and trees, rufipes prefers herbs.
