Seen at the feet of Sierra Madre, near Real, Quezon Province, Luzon. About 12 mm.
Culicidae ? Armigeres subalbatus ?

I think it is Toxorhynchites because of the strongly curved proboscis. Only one species is recorded from the Philippines, T. amboinensis. I do not know if your photo shows that species.
