Hello,

I was wondering if someone could tell me what it is. I was thinking a Ceratopogonidae but I am not sure. Also, if anyone has a good key for this family, it would be great!

Dasyhelea

Dasyhelea and Forcipomyia can look similar. On average Dasyhelea has larger eyes, more complicated flagellomeres (not cylindrical or round), fewer long hairs, and a longer hind basitarsus.
