Hello,

this tiny (macro 2.2x) fly
I saw on a hot spring day at a burned trunk in a mixed forest in Central Germany.

Central Germany, NE-Hesse: vic. Nieste, ca. 450m asl., 31.05.2014

I think it could be Fanniidae, but I am not sure.
