This appears to me to be more like
Psectrotanypus, but not
varius - it does vary a bit, but not this much. If this is not
pictipennis, then I would say it is likely to be
dyari. Ideally you would capture a male, so that the genitalia characters can be checked. The wing pattern should be very similar in both sexes.
