Berlin - mid June 2016

I just bought a dslr and macro lens in 2016. A windy day plus auto shutter made for very bad photos.

I think that this is a Tachinid but Tachinids are not the only flies with a subscutellum and I cannot see enough features to place it correctly. The fly could be a Muscidae for all I know. A genus is probably not possible with these photos but atleast a confirmation for Tachinidae?

Thank You.

edit: I think that tlegrand is correct with Rhinophora lepida but I will check the list of known species here in Germany for any similar flies. If there are no similar flies, then it should be Rhinophora lepida.
Thank You tlegrand. :)
