Please help me with an ID for this Tephritidae, from Romania, near a lake, 12.11.2017

Certainly not a "Cryptaciura". Most probably, Aciura coryli, which is quite common, or, less probably, Oxyaciura tibialis, which also occurs ib Balcans, but is associated mostly with Lavandula. Both have the same wing pattern differing by larger (3.5-5 mm in Aciura vs 3-3.5 mm in Oxyaciura), chaetotaxy and head shape.

And I wondered about the dark appearing legs. I have never seen any of these genera accept "Cryptaciura". It iseems to be time to visite the Balkan and collect some of those. Sorry for wrong interpretation.

2+3 frontoorbital setae, no white postoculars or outer vertical setae = Aciura coryli.
