Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Fly with a Large Beak

With those long mouthparts, this must be Bombyliidae?

I also thought of Empididae, though this fly was larger than the Empidids I usually see. Sorry that I did not get a measurement, though.

ID help appreciated!
