Is the family or ID possible? Between Rios Argentina Ceibas Entre Ríos.

Probably Ulidiidae or Platystomatidae

That one is Pterotaenia rivelloides (Blanchard).

Beautiful fly - another example of how the families Ulidiidae, Otitidae, Platystomatidae, and Tephritidae so often have similar gross morphology! Pterotaenia rivelloides is a member of Ulidiidae.
