I take some pictures of this fly. It seems for me Stomylomyia sp.
Possibly S. europaea. Can someone ID this fly.

The difference of the venation at the end of the wing (a little triangle)
is systematic between the male and female? Or intra-species variability?
On the second pict of Henrik that is missing.

The venation is a small anomaly.

Reasons are: greyish vittae on mesonotum are clearly missing, ss is the light stripe on the 1st tergite.
