Yes, John, you can retain : red-tipped of scutellum + bent M1+2 =
Muscina.
You can remove the "cf" for this one as
M. levida is the only species to have this very broad r5 cell at apex (other characters are : palpi, antennae and basicosta and legs all black - there is some yellow on other species).
