Berlin - September - female

I determine this species to be Leiomyza dudai base upon Merz and the online-keys of diptera.info. Confirmation is appreciated. vide attachment photo. I also want to know if these keys are reliable or not? L. dudai is not recorded for Berlin although, it is recorded for Germany.

Does anyone have a copy of "Additions to the knowledge of Old World Asteiidae (diptera)" in "Revue Francaise d'Entomologie 23" by Sabrosky (1956)?
