I'm pretty sure it is a male of
Helina ciliatocosta. If you have the fly, just check for setulae on radial node (on ventral side of wing).

Unfortunately I could not find the fly...
Then the name needs a small cf. (?)

A nano "cf.". Let's say I'm sure at 99.9 %. Males
Helina with a so broad frons are not numerous.
