Hi Pentti,
The Nearctic revision Klymko & Marshall 2008 has examined lots of material including Palearctic and gives several usefull characters which cannot be seen here. Wing tips rounded and abdomen dark with pale dorsal stripes.
Characters on the wing and tibia are not clearly visible. So the length of bristles on R1 and R4+5 cannot be seen. Also the number of dorsal bristles on the front tibia cannot be seen.
Looking at the hypopygium I fear this will be Lonchoptera lutea, a very common species.
