Is it possible to see if this is a Tetanocera elata?

Impossible to say which Tetanocera. Mesonotum is more like T. arrogans. T. elata is living on slugs, might be found everywhere, in wetland as well but here I would expect species assoziated with freshwater snails (as T. arrogans).
