observed 16.40pm 1st Oct. 2017, Flensburg, Germany.
sunning itself on leaf of old bush-bean in my vegetable garden.

Poor photos but thought this might be Opomyza florum after seeing post by by Milosza :-

Thanks Libor,
I thought it might be the agricultural pest, Opomyza florum , since one of their main larval foods are leguminous crops and it was sitting on an old bean plant on which there is still fruit.

However, I see that the brown of mine is closer to the colour of O.petrei than that of O. florum which is more orange.

Hi Ray. Opomyza florum is yellowish with only spots on wing, not with darkened stripe along costa and on wing tip.
