Not Helina, because it is an Anthomyiidae.

I have three options, l do not know at which of them to stop.
Hylemya vagans ?
Delia sp. ?
Lasiomma seminitidum ?

not a Delia species. maybe Hylemya is a better match.
You will have to wait for a specialist to confirm a genus.

The arista seems plumose, I would go for Hylemya, but not necessarily vagans because the tibia are not obviously yellowish.
