I have been searching for keys and genitalia and I have found a few decent resources. I think that this is possibly one of the common Drosophila species, id est, D. melanogaster or D. funebris. I'm not trying to key it yet but I am just reading about them. I got a bit concerned because someone states that the female of D. melanogaster cannot be separated from the female of D. simulans. I had to give it a quick look under the microscope to see if it is a female. I am happy to say that this is a male. I see the comb very well even in my macro photos. I will try to examine and dissect it sometime this weekend.

Thanks alot Sir Stephane.
