Denmark, Jylland, Kolding-Drejens, coastal area, uncultivated earthwall grown over with gras but also with thistle, around meadows (often with horses), at a leaf of thistle; Outsidephotos: kuv, 1st of August 2017. Is my idea ok? Please help for ID.

Yes, T. arrogans female. What do you think it is feeding on?

Thank you very much Piet for confirming ID :) - sorry, I don't know whether there was something beneath of the mouthparts ["RĂ¼ssel"], and also at the other pictures I had I can't see anything: only the leaf of thistle.
