Hello,

Still in Savoy (France), 2007/7/21, 1750 m above sea, size about 8-9 mm.

I guess it could be a Cheilosia. Anyone able to go further?

Thanks in advance.

Well, it seems to go into the so called antiqua group (bare eyes, legs black, no hairs on the sides of the face).
Beyond that it is difficult from a picture, it could be Cheilosia antiqua or pubera, but that I can't see!
greetings,

Gerard,

Thanks for this indication.
