Looks like Trichopoda (pennipes?), Syrphidae.

Greetings,

Trichopoda pennipes is the only similar species in Europe and the Mediterranean region. It was introduced from America, where there are many similar species.

Well, the species has been called Trichopoda pennipes in Europe, but nobody ever checked whether this really in pennipes. There are several sibling species in the neotropics. So I am happy to accept Trichopoda pennipes as provisional identification, but the statement that this is the only species in Europe lacks support: it is the only species recorded.
