Berlin- late August - 8mm female

Is this Ectophasia crassipennis? I lost confidence in my ability to separate this from oblonga.

Hello Sir Theo, the ovipositor is the genitalia. I forgot that you use Tschorsnig's work which doesn't include drawings of genitalia. I remember those keys with the angle but that it is not scientific enough for me. I prefer to see the dorsal and ventral view of the ovipositor and the spermathecae.
