Andrzej Woznica suggested this might be S. dawnae, and these close ups of head bristles and dusting suggest he is right according to the Withers Suillia key where dawnae was described.

The front orbital bristle sits well forward of the ocellar bristles.

The habitat, photographed 9 October 2017. There aren't many fungi around in April, so it was maybe attracted by fox dung or similar. Or it was just there by chance.
