Berlin - mid August - female 4mm (including ovipositor)

no host or dna data available.
my thoughts are absinthii, producta or punctella.

I made a fool of myself with this one. I completely forgot about Dioxyna. I'm very tired lately. My apologies for missing this one. I just remember Campiglossa looking similar but I couldn't find a match. I'm a bit preoccupied with a prolematic trio of Calliphoridae. Anyway, I appreciate the identification.
