Calliphorid looks like Onesia.
I think that it has a presutural ia which eliminates floralis.

johnes81: Thank you, yes, looks like Onesia. Three species lives in the Czech Republic (O. austriaca, O. floralis and O. kowarzi). O. kowarzi is supposedly rare. Is it Onesia austriaca?

Onesia and alike are bronze, not blue.
I'd say this is a Melinda sp.
