I have been really stupid. :S
The black point is on the top of the wing. It should be Opomyzidae and Geomyza. Does anybody know the species.

Given the darkened costal cell, I agree with Paul. A female. Studying sternite 8 would be best to make sure.

Just studied a male of
Geomyza breviseta in which the costal cell was completely darekened. So I think you should keep it at
Geomyza cf. subnigra for now. I suppose you didn't collect the specimen?
