At the first picture I see a
Suillia female specimen but at the second a dung fly ...

Sorry, but you are wrong :|.
phot. 1: one orbital bristle, postocellar cruciate, 1+4 dorsocentrals, first flagellomere rounded not bicoloured, no median bristles at t2 and t3 (
Suillia sp.);
phot. 2: two orbital bristles, postocellar paralell, 1+3 dorsocentrals, first flagellomere elongated and bicoloured, and finally median bristles at t2 and t3 (Scathophagidae).
