Hello,

this fly was found on a field near the village of Bantikow in Brandenburg, Germany on July 7.
Am I right with Gymnosoma clavatum?

Thanks in advance,

Hans

All Gymnosoma are extremely similar, so please don't add "clavatum" unless you have clear indications.
In the Gymnosoma universe, this 'clearly' is not clavatum. Most likely rotundatum. In any case, a male.

Thank you very much, Theo.
Next time I will be more aware in my assumption.

Best wishes to you!
