Really a muscid ; the dark coloured tegument seems to be faded, the posterior legs and scutum appear to be reddish/brown, even the eyes are yellow like the abdomen. Is the fly kept in alcohol or something else ? The colours are not natural, at least they're not those of a living fly.
If you find the setulae on the posterior-inner margin of hind coxae, it should be T. semicinereus.
