Looks similar to my male of thread https://diptera.i...d_id=31414 (the second species after the Thereva; at that time I now and then posted more than one fly per thread :S). There is a lot of orange in your pictures - mine had a white-haired thorax and yellow halteres, but it might be a matter of photographic technique. So I would agree with Acrosathe annulata!
