I think that this is a female Chamaepsila species, which may be a problem for identification of rosae?
I have the specimen if more photos will be helpful. For now, I hope to determine the genus.

I am sorry for the bad photos. I have a cheap microscope with a built-in camera. I wanted to upgrade my microscope this year. I just got a new trinocular stereo microscope. I even bought a camera for it. The microscope is fantastic. But the camera is horrible. I cannot get enough light for nice photos. I try to use an lcd work light (1550 lumens) but it has a glow effect to the lens of the microscope. I'm screwed.

anyway, I've attached some photos that might be useful. I have no keys for Chamaepsila, so I don't know what to look for.

Thanks.
