Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Neu-Lankau near Mölln, walking path along a mixed forest, at a leaf of aspen; Outsidephotos: kuv, 25th of May 2017. Is my idea ok? Please help.

The genus Sapromyza has no presutural dorsocentral bristle but your female has a pair of it.

Should be Meiosimyza platycephala. There is a key to it in the download area.

Since there appears to be only a single sternopleural seta, I think platycephala is okay.
