Hi,
This one was shot in Loire Atlantique, France, on may 22 th 2017, in a garden near a decideous wood.
In this garden I have took picture of Chrysotoxum cautum previous years before.
Could it be Chrysotoxum cautum ?

Yes, you are right. This species has a special pattern of yellow strips.
