I Guess this is a Gymnocheta sp. In Norway we have only G. viridis and G. magna. I think this fly is not G. viridis (?). Different color on the calypters...
Is this then Gymnocheta magna?

The two are very similar, especially in the female sex. To me, this is female viridis, The habitat supports this.
