I photographed this Thereva near the little village of Salbertrand in Susa Valley, Piedmont (Italy) at 1000 mt above sea level, on July 16th. Is it identifiable?

Could it be Thereva plebeja? I used Mark van Veen's key , but I'm in doubt with T. nobilitata
