although the shape of the abdomen made me think of it, it isn't E. pertinax cause these have orange front tarsae.
E. similis looks like E. pertinax with dark front tarsae a lot but has a clear long pterostigma (4-5 times as long as wide).
Eristalis lineata should have obvious dark wing markings.
maybe E. interrupta, this has a small pterostigma like in the pic, but it doesn't recall the interrupta jizz with me... let's wait for Gerard cause i'm not familiar with southern european Eristalis.
