Isidro, I am far from being an expert, I don't even have a key to the ID but I did see the key when it was available (it's now gone for some reason). I have quite a few different Eristalis which I am still trying to positively ID, I look at some of them and wonder if I have got it right!

Having looked, and looked, and looked, after a while some things become apparent.

E. pertinax has a very sharp tail end compared to others, although your fly looks narrow at the tail end it doesn't look quite as sharp as E. pertinax.

The other obvious differences are the wider bands on the abdomen in E. lineata which seem to be a constant, and the well defined veining on the wing which seems to be a consistent feature although not obvious on your fly.

Look at the pics of both on this site, I notice that E. pertinax is variable on the wing colour, some with more colour bleeding than others. It does have some banding on the abdomen but not as wide as E. lineata.
