Very possibly
Terellia odontolophi V.Korneyev, 1993, known by far from Ukraine, S of European Russia, and N Iran (W Azarbaijan). However, the black setae on abdomen show it can be merely T. colon with uncommon abdomen pattern. Apparently a new record for Turkey. If you have collected this specimen and want to publish this as a short faunistic note, contact me immediately by valery.korneyev@gmail.com

Thank you alot Mr. Korneyev! It is very surprising and exciting that it is a new species for the fauna of Turkey!! But unfortunately, this specimen was only photographed, not collected, by a friend of mine in Izmir. I can ask my friend if it is possible to find and collect a specimen. I will contact you after her response.

I am looking forward -- and please tell him to take a photo of the plant (Centaurea?) they live on.
