Which genus and if possible, spieces are this fly with 2,5-3 mm body?
Photos from 22 April 2017 Skällsjön 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

This is Earomyia lonchaeoides a relatively common spring species in Sweden - it was recorded from Angermanland in the recently published Checklist of Swedish Lonchaeidae.
