I'm rather clueless for this specimen, pictured a few days ago in the bois de Boulogne (Paris).
Can somebody give me a direction?
Thanks in advance.

Looks like Grzegorzekia collaris

Thanks, Jan.

On the other hand, somebody told me that this should be a Sciophilinae, with the little square cell.

Yes, but this is Grzegorzekia. Sciophilinae have macrotrichia on wing membrane and usually unspotted wings.

The r-r crossvein means Sciophilinae in the traditional classification by Edwards. Most of Edwards' subfamilies are now considered families. The family Mycetophilidae is restricted to (Mycetophilinae + Sciophilnae sensu Edwards) and is often divided into about 8 subfamilies. At least 2 of the new subfamilies have the r-r crossvein.

I have also seen the crossvein called R2 and R4.

Thanks for those comments.

The R4 cross vein is a widely distributed plesiomorphic character state across the subfamillies Mycomyiinae, Gnoristinae and Sciophilinae in the modern strict sense. But it is not present in all genera in any of these subfamilies.
