Hi dipterists
Found and observed on the water surface of a pond
covered by Lemnaceae (Lemna minor)
This larva is 15-20 mm length and as I try to leave save all observed larvae
the pictures are not so easy to be high-definition quality
Oxycera calceata ? previously Hermione

Thanks for confirmation
