Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Schenefeld near Hamburg, at a wall of a house (near the night light); Outsidephotos: kuv, 4th of September 2015. Is my idea ok? Please help to get the ID.

Hi

I vote also Tipula rufina.
In Stubb's key

http://ccw.natura..._2016d.pdf

rufina: "Pleurae with a very strong dark stripe from neck
to below wing"
alpium: "Pleura with darkish stripe from neck to nearly
below wing"

In your lateral photo I think there is very strong dark stripe.
