Bombylisoma for sure, no shadow of doubt. The trouble is to give a positive ID for the species with only this picture. A more frontal view would be very welcome. If it turns out to be a female, there might be a chance it is B. melanocephalum (bold sexual dimorphism in this species). But again, with only this picture I would keep it as Bombylisoma sp.
